With 17 years of expertise in finance and investments, Chairman Ashish Shah established Dhariya Capital in 2007 as a proprietorship.

In 2014, it converted into a partnership firm between current directors Mrs. Dhruvi Ashish Shah and Mr. Ashish Shah. By 2018, it evolved into a private limited company. The future plan is to expedite its transformation into a non-listed public limited company shortly.
